Your pillow should feel personal. If the firmness of your Ogallala pillow is not quite right, our team can adjust the fill to help create the comfort, loft, and support you need.

Choosing the perfect pillow can take a little time. That is why we offer a pillow adjustment service for customers who would like their pillow made softer or firmer after sleeping on it.
Complimentary Adjustment
We will adjust your pillow up to 5 ounces free of charge within 30 days of the original purchase date. Your only cost is shipping to and from our facility.
Fill Removal
If your pillow feels too full or too firm, we can remove fill to create a softer, lower-profile sleep experience.
Additional Fill
If your pillow needs more support, we can add fill to increase loft and firmness based on your comfort preference.
How the service works
Once we receive your pillow, please allow approximately 3 business days for our team to complete your adjustment. In some cases, a pillow may need to be professionally laundered before an adjustment can be made.
- Contact us before shipping your pillow so we can discuss the adjustment needed.
- Ship your pillow to our facility with your contact information and adjustment request inside the box.
- Our team will review, adjust, and prepare your pillow for return shipment.
After the 30-day window
We are still happy to help. To make a pillow more firm after the complimentary adjustment period, there is a $25 adjustment fee, plus the cost of additional fill.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for all pillow adjustments.
What products can be adjusted?
Our adjustment service is available for Ogallala sleeping pillows. At this time, we are unable to adjust comforters, Hypodown® Blend featherbeds, or custom products.
