Returns

Our Return Policy

Bedding laws prohibit us from reselling used down. We ask that you kindly respect our business and not try to return product(s) that have been used. We understand the need to remove an item from the package to view, but please ensure your bed or space is cleaned of any pet hair or odors.

If a package is opened and has signs of use, abuse, improper care or cleaning, or has been subject to incidental damages - we will NOT return the product, no matter the reason. This extends to tears in the fabric, pet or human hair, household and personal fragrance of any kind, improper laundering or otherwise altered from its original condition.

Here, at Ogallala Comfort, we hand-craft each product with care to ensure our customers LOVE our products as much as we do! If you find that you are not enjoying your Ogallala product, please contact us via email (sales@ogallalacomfort.com) or phone 308-284-8403 to determine if you are eligible for a return. A return authorization number is required for all returns. 

*If you choose to expedite your order, we do not refund shipping costs. 

*Closeout or Clearance items are ALL SALES FINAL and are not eligible for a return or refund. 

 

Pillow Returns:  If you are returning a down pillow because you would prefer a different firmness, we have you covered! Please go to our Pillow Adjustment Service link and be prepared to get your pillow customized just for you!

To return your order:  please call us at 308-284-8403 Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm MST (we are closed weekends and holidays).

We are a small, family-owned company, with a high demand for our unique products!  Since we like to take our time to provide the best customer service experience for each person who contacts us, please allow up to 1 business day to return your call.  

Please note: Returns will not be accepted without approval and a Return Authorization number. Please contact 308-284-8403 or email sales@ogallalacomfort.com to issue an RA number. 

Once you have talked to one of our Sleep Specialist’s and you have been given a Return Authorization number, please do the following:

  1. Repack your items in the original packaging as best as possible
  2. Write the Return Authorization number on your original order confirmation and insert it in the box
  3. Write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box  
  4. Ship to:

**The customer is responsible for shipping on all returns and adjustments. Ogallala Comfort is unable to provide a return label. 

 

Once we receive your item(s) and process your return, a refund is initiated immediately; however, the way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank and can take up to 7–10 business days to be posted to your account. If you have questions about your refund, please contact your card-issuing bank. If you paid by PayPal, refunds will appear on your PayPal Credit account within 7–10 business days. If you have questions about your refund or how to access your funds from PayPal, please contact PayPal directly. If any item(s) from your order are not in returnable condition please refer back to our Return Policy.
