Return Policy

Every Ogallala Comfort product is handcrafted with care. Because bedding is personal, intimate, and regulated, we kindly ask that all return requests follow the guidelines below.

Before starting a return

If you are not enjoying your Ogallala product, please contact our team before sending anything back. A Return Authorization number is required for all returns, and items sent without approval may not be accepted.

Please call or email us before shipping your product. All returns must be approved and issued a Return Authorization number.

Condition

Unused Bedding Only

Bedding laws prohibit us from reselling used down products. Items must be clean, unused, and in returnable condition.

Final Sale

Closeout & Clearance

Closeout and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Used bedding cannot be returned.

We understand the need to remove an item from the package to view it, but please ensure your bed or space is free of pet hair, personal fragrance, household odors, or any signs of use before placing the product on it.

Items that cannot be accepted

If a package has been opened and the product shows signs of use, abuse, improper care, improper cleaning, or incidental damage, we are unable to accept the return.

Non-returnable conditions include:

  • Tears or damage to the fabric
  • Pet hair or human hair
  • Household fragrance or personal fragrance
  • Perspiration, oils, odors, or visible soil
  • Improper laundering
  • Products altered from their original condition
  • Signs of abuse, misuse, or incidental damage

Pillow firmness concerns

If you are returning a down pillow because you would prefer a different firmness, our Pillow Adjustment Service may be the better solution.

We can customize the fill in your pillow to help create a softer or firmer feel based on your comfort preference.

How to request a return

Please contact our team before shipping your order back. Once you have spoken with one of our Sleep Specialists and have been issued a Return Authorization number, follow the steps below.

  1. Repack your item in the original packaging as best as possible.
  2. Write your Return Authorization number on your original order confirmation and place it inside the box.
  3. Write your Return Authorization number clearly on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship your approved return to Ogallala Comfort at the address below.

Please note: The customer is responsible for shipping on all returns and adjustments. Ogallala Comfort is unable to provide a return label.

Expedited shipping

If you choose to expedite your original order, expedited shipping costs are not refundable.

Refund timing

Once we receive and process your approved return, the refund is initiated immediately. The time it takes to appear depends on your original payment method.

Credit and debit card refunds are sent to the card-issuing bank and can take approximately 7–10 business days to post to your account. If you paid with PayPal, refunds will appear through PayPal according to their processing timeline.

If any item from your order is not in returnable condition, please refer back to this Return Policy.
