Great follow-up service

For several decades we have enjoyed 4 of the earliest Ogallala pillows. (Medium fills) My wife just purchased a "firm" Sequoia, deciding to try for more support. Based on her expectations, her new pillow ended up feeling a little too firm. "Pillow adjustment" option from the website and voila! Ogallala's adjustment is right on, for the perfect support and great nights of sleep.

A Beautiful Thing

My view is, if I don't think about my pillow when I'm sleeping, it's doing it's job. I bought another pillow recently. It was a nice pillow, but weighed a ton. I love how light these pillows are. I gave my "old" Ogallala pillow to my wife. She loves it. She has no idea how much I just paid for my pillow and that's okay with me. I'm happy she likes it. Maybe next year I will get her a "new" pillow for her birthday. She's worth it. Just don't tell her how much they cost.
